Insurnaceplans.org is a online aggregate and marketplace for all forms of insurance specifically focused on the self employed and contractors. This brand was just launched and when it came to me there was nothing but a name. I’m still working with them to fully create this company and brand based on the standards I created.
I wanted to create a logo mark that held the same metaphorical and actual tone as the umbrella used in the Travelers Insurance logo mark, but I could never use an umbrella. After going through a number of concepts that range from a rain parka to castle walls I settled on this concept. This mark conveys the concept of greater protection and smarter coverage.
